We work with health professionals to ensure we deliver information from the best possible source. This is more than just a writing course, it is an enquiry into how our words and environments affect our health and how learning the practice of good habits can change our life.
Improve your relationships
A life of self-enquiry constructs a stronger foundation within yourself, providing a framework to create healthier dynamics with those around you: life partners, family, friends or those you wish to attract into your life.
Reduce stress and anxiety
Learn an accessible approach with an alternative meditation technique that can diffuse anxieties and mitigate stress. Writing provides you with a daily reset, offering a grounding to transform old patterns into more beneficial thoughts and behaviour.
Improve cognitive function
Writing enhances our focus, attention, memory, processing speed and executive brain functions such as; reasoning, planning, problem solving and multitasking.
Create a healthier life
Neurolinguistics deals with the relationship between language, structure and functioning of the brain. It offers an insight into our emotional health, why we are the way that we are, how words have been imprinted on us and how we can unlearn detrimental thoughts for a healthier life.
Achieve what you desire
Writing gives you the power to manifest actively all that you desire, while achieving your goals and creating the life you truly want to live.
Neurolinguistics is the study of how language is represented in the brain: how and where our brains store our knowledge of the language that we speak, understand, read, and write, what happens in our brains as we acquire that knowledge, and what happens as we use it in our everyday lives. It is a method, a human technology which we use to understand the internal maps we create from reality and experience. Reality could be represented in words, shapes, frequencies, sounds, and more, to express the way we process information on the environment and how we generate an internal map that will later have a direct impact on our behaviour and decision making.
For the purpose of the Writing Ritual, comprehending neurolinguistics is an excellent resource which enables us to understand the relationship between how the brain processes information and the result in our behaviours and perceptions.

The course has been split into layers and chapters.
Layer 1 / Ritual
Chapter 1 / Ground Yourself
Chapter 2 / Creatures of Habit
Chapter 3 / How Mindful (Really) Are We?
Chapter 4 / ¿Cómo te Sientes?’
Layer 1 will set the foundation by teaching you how to build a habit, making it a ritual, accessing flow state and getting familiar with the fundamentals of ancient meditation / mindfulness practices, introducing unique techniques that have been adapted for writing.
Layer 2 / Health
Chapter 5 / The Five Senses
Chapter 6 / Environment
Chapter 7 / Internal Landscape
Chapter 8 / Digestion
Layer 2 is where we begin to explore the connection between mind and body with the questions – ‘what is health?’, ‘what are we digesting on a daily basis?’, ‘how is our environment informing me?’. Here we will peel back another layer, diving into our ‘internal landscapes’. Specific exercises have been designed to engage our bodies on a deeper level, using the senses. Techniques developed from neurolinguistics are introduced; perception of our environments, evocation of memory, association with and dissociation from emotions. We will discover tools to help us explore and identify any emotions we may have held within, that could be impacting our emotional health.
Layer 3 / Joy
Chapter 9 / Know Thyself
Chapter 10 / Que Sera, Sera
Chapter 11 / The Narrator of your Own Story
Chapter 12 / The Joy of Living
Layer 3. Here we will observe and reflect upon all that has been revealed to us in the first two layers. Reading back with reflection is as important as the action of writing itself. Self-enquiry is an uncomfortable practice, it requires work, which is getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. Once the formation of yourself is revealed, you are invited to release any stuck emotions, speak the words you need to and using your new knowledge to write the future you want to live. Life and our everyday actions should be a meditation practice in their own right. We share theories and tools, to help you stay present by deepening your attention in the day to day, helping you accept ‘what is’, in order to live a life of least resistance – a life truly worth living.
